Shipping policy

To place an order, add your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout as you normally would. We will calculate the shipping costs and send you a revised invoice with the final total or contact you to arrange pick up or delivery options. 

We may contact you to arrange delivery in the Auckland wide area or allow pick ups at an arranged time from our location in Drury, Auckland.

To proceed with the order, payment must be completed within 5 days or your order may be needed to be unpacked for other customers. You are also able to make changes to your order before a final invoice is sent.

For smooth delivery, please ensure you provide full delivery address and any specific instructions that may affect delivery. 

We strive to provide you with the most cost-effective and expedient postage option available and if the postage cost is lower than initially quoted, we will refund you the difference.

Due to the nature of our business, there may be instances where stock quantities may not accurately reflect availability. Should an item become unavailable after you place your order, we will promptly notify you.
